Key Strategic Priorities
These are the key strategic priorities taken from the School Strategic Plan 2022-25.
KSP1
To provide excellent teaching and learning for all children
Culture of excellence in place. Evidence based learning principles reflected in teaching. High quality training and coaching culture ensure up to date knowledge and continuous improvement for staff. All children achieve or exceed age related expectations, unless there is a significant special educational need which prevents this.
KSP2
To provide a rich and ambitious curriculum which meets the needs of all children
Inspirational learning and equality of opportunity for all children. Well planned and well-sequenced journeys to excellence. Strong use of assessment and appropriate challenge/support within all subjects. High expectations of children throughout the curriculum underpinned by strong teacher subject knowledge across the curriculum range.
KSP3
To provide strong leadership and governance as a lever for school improvement
Strong and constantly improving safeguarding culture. Strategic direction (focus on agreed priorities) maintained. Clear accountability, feedback and support for leaders and staff. Sound financial management (balanced budget). Staff wellbeing/retention prioritised.
