This year our chairman Debbie Drodge has made the difficult decision to resign due to other commitments so we are looking for a new Chair!
During the last school year FOBS raised over £2000 for the school. With the government cuts it’s so important to raise as much as we can to help fund essentials for the school! This week the school sound system needed replacing which FOBS were able to fund, just in time for the Harvest festival next week!
Our AGM meeting is on Tuesday 8th Oct 6pm in the staff room and we would be really grateful for as many parents to attend as possible!
Not only do we need a new Chair but also need some more committee members, so if you could spare even a little bit of time to support us we’d be so grateful! You don’t have to commit to every event but if you think you can help or even have a good fundraising idea we’d love to see you!
For FOBS to continue trading as a registered charity there needs to be a minimum of 4 members, it would be such a shame for FOBS to have to shut down due to lack of support when our children benefit from these extra funds!
